Board of Directors
Bo Welden joined the Turning Point Foundation board in 2016. With a family and personal history of addiction, he has a desire to help individuals and families currently suffering in the cycle of addiction. Bo is a Project Manager at Dunn Construction in Birmingham, Alabama specializing in public projects. He and his wife Caroline have one daughter, Sutton, and attend Mountain Brook Community Church. In his free time Bo enjoys hunting, golf, and spending time with his family at home or at the lake.
Kim Fieldbinder currently serves at the Chairperson of the Board of Directors. Prior to 2018, she served as the Financial Committee Chairperson and a Board member for four years. She is employed as the Chief Financial Officer at Randall Reilly in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Prior to this, she served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of Source Medical Solutions in Birmingham, AL. Fieldbinder started her career as a senior accountant at Ernst & Young, LLP where she assisted in the financial audits of public companies. Fieldbinder is a certified public accountant and she holds a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Alabama and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Robby Keeble is a Board certified addiction treatment administrator and State certified recovery residence administrator. He is also a NAADAC certified addictions counselor and peer recovery support specialist. He has over thirty years of experience in the addiction field. He is currently the President of Any Length Resources in Birmingham, AL and the owner of RK Consulting LLC. Robby graduated from Columbus State University with a bachelor's degree in Community Education and a master's degree in Healthcare Administration.
Jay is relatively new to the recovery community, having his eyes opened to the scope of the addiction problem with his son's overdose nearly four years ago. A Turning Point board member since 2018, he is also active in his church, Asbury United Methodist, teaching Sunday School and sitting on the Finance Committee. Jay is Material Handling Manager at Nucor Tubular Products - Birmingham Division, and has been there for 13 years.His wife of 13 years, Melanie, is also active in the recovery community, and is a partner at Warren Averett Asset Management.
E.A Montgomery has served on the board of Turning Point since June of 2015. She is a native of Meridian, Mississippi and has lived in Birmingham since 2009. After a ten year career with Bayer Healthcare, she now stays at home with her two year old son Olen. She and her husband John have three other children and are expecting their fifth in February of 2019. E.A. and John attend Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church and live in Homewood, Alabama.
